I'd call Todd. He's the conduit to Berstein. I must say it's pretty pathetic to go this long without an update, especially in light of the over the top hype job we got when they started.
As for post lock=I've never felt that they should even be included
in the court proceedings. Everyone who bought post-lock knew exactly what they were buying and got exactly what they paid for.
And if they didn't, it's their own fault so when I heard that Berstein was going to prioritize the post lock trades with no previous filings, I had a good idea of where this was going, which was proven right.
I still don't understand how these Law Offices can totally disrespect their "clients" the way they all do.As for all of you who bashed me for my much earlier post, what do you have to say now? The only reason I'm still here is because I WON ! It's basically cheap insurance just in case.
