Not going to start at absolute square one and explain why this is not so. I said they don't pay dividends that is about all I need to say.


So if cbai continues to generate a million cash a year red oaks investment of $724,000 investment returns $300,000 cash a year to them per year, why would they sell when you can get returns like that?
