Adam had previously said they weren't going to complete the acquisitions until the books were completely clean.
So, per Friday's PR about the debt being removed, I assume the debt is completely gone now.
It'll be interesting to see how they handled it. What has me thinking is, per Adam and the recent PR, they plan to return 1/2 the shares as a deposit over the next few months which will be immediately canceled.
My thinking is that they may have used company funds to pay off the debt and took additional shares as collateral and when that's repaid, the shares are returned and canceled. That would be the best case scenario, but I really don't know, it's just my personal thoughts :)
