explain to me how the original 117.2M Shares on the ask did not get sold first?

I added my shares to that pile to get it to 119M and yet my shares sold first.

Someone or some entity is cherry picking sell orders off the back of the 117 line...

It is a line right? First in, first out? Is that true?
