DiBoy the main issue here is GDSI has no money. And contrary to what some may believe the SEC actions plus the downgrade in status to the Stop Sign is enough to scare away funders that usually fund for these type companies.
Many will only fund Pink sheet current stocks and many have a stipulation that the company has to have enough trading volume that when they convert shares out they are assured they can sell :)
Then also GDSI really does not have any shares to issue to potential funders as was stipulated several times in filings(reference the proposed share increase filing)
So in a nut shell no money to pay employees, attorneys, filings etc etc.
The one good point is if something happens to create enough buying pressure the stock could rise quickly due to many people just do not watch this everyday as well as debt holders due to SEC involvement will be real cautious to sell any shares they may be holding.
The downside to that is I feel like there will be numerous shareholders once they notice an increase will start selling and then kill the price again.
So when it trades if ever again one must be ready :)
