Investors did nothing wrong - they’re free to do whatever they want/can with the shares they paid for.

Folks here may still be able to sell their shares. Over 6 mil already traded today, so obviously someone’s buying.
Even Barton’s other "companies" are still trading - Monday all 4 of the stocks named in the fraud complaint had activity.
