Thall, you are dead wrong that the despicable vermin Paul Carlin was a dupe of Ray Barton & did not know the Barton convertible debt would collapse the stock price due to mass dilution it would foist onto shareholders. Carlin clearly stated in his letter to shareholders that appeared on the website that he clearly knew about this death spiral debt & it should be no surprise to shareholders that mass dilution would occur due to the Barton debt. Carlin was a willing partner with Barton in this GVSI stock scam.
