I am assuming that PTX is already in talks with potential buyers, possibly including GSK.

In addition to the relaxed payment schedule, the 8K noted something to the effect of (not a direct quote) ...GSK will retain certain information rights...

I thought that a very telling phrase, as it implies to me that GSK is getting one or both of the following
--an early or more private look at data (not likely imho, as any potential buyer would want to see all the data and PTX would readily agree to this in order to get sold)
--visibility into any bids that come in for the company (effectively giving them a right of first refusal - they could match or decline). I think this is more likely the information that GSK gets a right to, as it is something that would NOT be given to all potential bidders as a matter of course like any trial results would be.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
