Well, 0.0002 is proved an Unbreakable New bottom though the 52-week low was 0.0001! It seems the sales at 0.0002s are completely dried out now! 0.0003 will be the Lowest price to get in before VGTL (about 52M shares float and 100M shares OS) breaks up the most recent high 0.0005 (see the chart below)!

Anyway the same OTC-tier "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" peer had already exploded 400% within only a day (from 0.0001 to 0.0005) on Monday with much much larger SS (400M shares float and 400M shares OS)...
