I'm not in this stock and don't plan to be. On to better returns and a few speculative picks. In the end I think it's clear Apricus management is to blame for most of the continuing issues.


Good luck. I own 0 shares myself now. As far as management, it's very easy to spend other people's money unwisely.

When Richard Pascoe joined Apricus, the company had $14.1 m in the bank. 4 years later it has $5.4m ( if that ).

He sold Totect, he sold Nitromist, he sold Vitaros rights ex- U.S. ( the only cash generating royalty asset with more than $130 m in already agreed potential earn-in milestones ). We had 30,500,000 in outstanding shares, reverse split adjusted to 3,050,000. Today they sit at 7,741,000. That is a 120% dilution to shareholders. I shouldn't even talk about stock price. When he joined we were at $26.80 reverse split adjusted, Apricus is at $2.25 now.


Where did the all the money from all the stock that has been sold go to? More importantly, where are the results?
