Deliberate deviations from GAAP, GAAS and PCAOB rules

It would be fun to cross-examine TAUG Board Member, TJG, in court! The key operative in the above statement is "DELIBERATE"! Somehow, based upon the highlighting, Board Member Graham, seems to have concluded that Cowan "DELIBERATELY" deviated from PCAOB rules! It would most interesting to understand WHICH PCAOB RULES COWAN, GUTENSKI, et al "DELIBERATELY" VIOLATED!

Yes indeed...throw out a pile of FLUFF and make it sound like it actually means something! The logic flow does not work!
