Eric Watson is the registered agent. If you check his address on Google street view (632 E Washington Street, huntington, IN, 46750, USA) it looks pretty shady. Probably a grow house or similar, lol.

Michael Hough and Eric Watson are listed on another corporation listed shortly after Jarvis (Spray Foam Solutions):
