Not entirely sure but it seems like their is a hidden block on the ask @ $1.00, I've seen this happen pre-merger before, not sure what the logic or reasoning behind it is. Perhaps to prevent it from running too early or it allows insiders to load, not sure, isn't enough volume yet to determine if it will be an issue but it's worth keeping an eye on.
