Wilson did not do the RS and uplift for nothing. Nothing is what you have gotten from it so far. Actually the RS and uplift has taken from you. What Wilson has done is a part of that scheme that puts the company in a position to sell more stock(dilute again) to raise money where before the RS and uplift it would have been harder to do. Quite simply actually!
