in my opinion, the real problem for investors is, large or small, that we do not know from where the manipulation is coming. and I do not know if the big boys really have better chances to get such information.

but according to this there is no meaningful short position in PLM



and if you watch the daily trading and see that manipulation is made mainly in small trades of a couple of hundred shares, I don't think shorters would do it that way.
