I kinda have also. The same thing seems to play out every so many years.
Hear nothing, stock trades light for a year, then we start hearing big plans.

* This time the California Master Franchise, Colorado Master franchise agreement.
* The Unique Brewhouse that too 1 and a half years to actually open.
* Then, an announcement DR. Reddy joined the UPZS team.
* The buying of the Salsa Guy's Business, that he still is running.
* The buy out of Popsycakes for $2,000 flies stock.
* An Announcement they we finally, after 10 years found a company to make our frozen Pizza.
* Plans to sell our frozen Pizza in India, and that Dr Reddy holds the master franchise there.
* News releases about selling product on other companies websites.
on and on....

In reality,
* We have not hears a peep from the Master Franchise in Colorado and he hasn't paid a cent to UPZS or even opened a showcase store.
* The Brewhouse was all Kevin, who once opened a Unique Pizza, never paid a cent to UPZS 10 years ago and went out of business. Now the Unique Brewhouse is no longer affiliated with Unique it appears. UPZS never pitched in on the expenses, we can see from financials.
* Dr Reddy... Why would a billionaire want to be associated with a sub penny company that has survived the last 11 or so years selling stock, not product? We never saw anything he did, never renewed his so called contract for another year. MIA since day 1
* No updates on Salsa guy, Salsa Biz in a while. Did he have an "Out" and take it all back? All the websites they said are selling the salsa.. Did anyone actually order salsa online?
* Popsycakes. Not a bad deal to buy for 2k and stock. Could waste 2 k on something worse I suppose. I personally would not pay 8.50 for a cupcake on a pretzel rod. Maybe ok at amusement parks or something. No updates on this in a while. Did the candy store in NYC ever order any? we probably gave them the display and first order free to try it. Made good PR.
* Frozen Pizza to India and China... We can't sell Pizza in UPZS back yard yet alone ship and sell frozen pizza half way around the world. They started the frozen Pizza plan in 2007, its 2017 and not a single pizza made and sold anywhere.
* No sales reports of how much product sold on the Major retailers websites, the Armed forces websites, the Christopher street websites... etc.

Are we now entering a quiet period for a year or 2? All the bag holders slowly sell off? I know when we held, they RS'd us out of our stock. Maybe no RS this time?

Yea... Opening a couple local Pizza Take out and delivery stores still sounds like a good way to go, Can not be all that hard to find a competent manager to run one.
