The best I can figure is that cbai generates about a million dollars cash per year, and they own what 30% of the company with a $724,000 investment. So if cbai continues to generate a million cash a year red oaks investment of $724,000 investment returns $300,000 cash a year to them per year, why would they sell when you can get returns like that?
