I did some more digging yesterday to boost my mood, and I found something that may be pertinent. As I had pointed out before, Facundo I. Bacardi does not appear to be new to the cannabis industry; he has been the senior director of Evergreen-Agra since December 2013. After looking more into Evergreen-Agra, I discovered that they have a subsidiary called "Evergreen systems" through a reverse merger that occurred one month prior to Bacardi being appointed. This seemed odd, given that nothing on Evergreen System's website was associated with cannabis, but then I came across a recently released NR which is as follows.

"In order to give qualified individuals (licenced MDs) and patients greater resources and options to assist them in accessing facilities that can legally grow medicinal marijuana and to licensed dispensaries, Evergreen-Agra, Inc. will be expanding its business model by making available to medical practitioners a program to license branded facilities that will offer consulting services to these patients."

After looking even deeper I discovered that Evergreen-Agra had closed a deal with Green-Eraconsulting mid-January

We recently learned that Vinergy is looking to expand into the USA by building a breeding facility with extraction systems along with a dispensary license. Maybe Bacardi's involvement with Evergreen is a means to get that licence? Any thoughts?
