There is probably a ton of debt associated with SmartCarb and SonicFlow. Those were both development projects. Then, when SmartCarb came out...it had issues. Plus, remember casting and molds etc....

Without a spinoff (legal movement of public company assets), or even with a spinoff - associated debt follows the product.

No brainer. Agree that the boys should get together and play nice but, I'll be happier with a new person in control. Or a board control of Covey
