Arcam has a dedicated team of qualified and highly skilled service engineers that ensure the performance of the machines throughout their lifetime. Arcam’s service agreements include spare parts, updates, 24/7 phone / mail support, preventive maintenance actions as well as emergency support.
In addition to our field service engineers, Arcam also has a team of application support specialists that support the optimization of the EBM process settings for your specific production application.
The Arcam Academy.
There are a number of training classes on the schedule shown as Fully booked. It'll be interesting to see the evolution of the training available as the EBM technology is adopted.
