The Company’s goals for NSEL in 2017 are to finalize the acquisition of the exclusive worldwide rights to the Turbo Prop industrial airplane and initiate the transfer of the Type Certificate to NSEL, to initiate the establishment of first order technical support, to put in place a Supply Chain Management system, to initiate the marketing campaign and to secure the first sales orders for the airplane.
The first Quarter is about to be complete next week. I would think by now Northstar Electronics and Northland would know if the M.O.U. will be officially signed and made into a partnership with the goal of manufacturing these patent single turbo engines.
The majority have now been invested or "stuck" in NEIK since Jan 2016.
One would think that with this 1st Qtr winding down you would know if this partnership is going to be official. Its either a done deal or it fizzled out. All I know is that its about time to wrap up and give the shareholders some type of update. Not a delay update, but substantial elaborate update of the plans between Northstar and Northland.
Did the M.O.U. covert to a full agreed partnership that has been signed, sealed and delivered? Did the M.O.U fizzle out? Just give the shareholders something here. We haven't heard squat since December, so to go a whole quarter without some type of update to me is just unacceptable. I love the fact they went current last Feb. They have all the intentions out on the table.
I can't see what the delay is between these two. You have been lagging since 2007 on deals, so I would hope that after 10 years since your last one that this one is the cherry on top. Is it so much to ask for an update of the M.O.U that was press released back in Dec? Lets kick Spring into high gear and get some word
for the loyal shareholders who have been waiting more than patiently.

Northstar Electronics Recap of Main Events of 2016 1st Press Release of 2017 back in Jan. Lets go guys 1st Q about to expire. Its time to know what is going on between the two companies.
