The post I responded to is proof (if assumed to be true) that calling Dan is useless.
I have communicated with him in the past and nothing I was told ended up coming to pass.
Every time someone reports they have contact with Dan the things he supposedly says turns out to be wrong.
I. E. "Next week" 7 weeks ago.
Contacting the company is a waste. Some just haven't learned that yet.
