Actually NRTI was flickering back and forth between no bid and .0001 for months on end, with 180+ million ask wall at .0002 >>> then a month or so ago very large bids staryed creeping in at .0001 and NRTI saw a surge of volume knocking out the 2's and tapping the 3's. That surge in vol also saw the bid rise substantially to nearly 1 billion shares at .0001 before subsiding somewhat but still remaining very substantial when compared to where it was before, major large bid is in at .0001 and someone wants that bid filled. Now, what does that all mean?? Who knows. Maybe nothing, maybe something. Time will tell.
