Common shares ARE WORTHLESS!

Not an opinion... clearly evident when you look at the share structure!

This IS NOT a typical trip play as common shares own such a small percentage of the company as to be effectively worthless!

The company will dump them all day long (and do!) for free money as long as people will buy them! What difference does it make when the preferreds own nearly 100% of the company?
