the case for securities fraud against CETX and insiders is very strong

this pretty much is going to be a suspended stock

I still believe the case against CETX is both slight and sleight, and the fact that we have no evidence that the SEC is investigating them is hardly proof that it is. The fact that some other companies have gone bankrupt and were delisted (none of which had anything to do with CETX) is no proof at all.

We'll see what happens.
