This is a great opportunity to bring your average cost per share down for those who bought in the two's or higher; better opportunity to open a new position for those fortunate enough not to have invested until now. I bit and lowered my cost per share into the low one's.

The company raising money at a buck and a half looks pretty good at this point in time. The money raised paid for the Siemens,GE and Traverse patents. We won't know how much is left over for operating expenses or other investments until earnings are released next week.

Just my opinion but I think they should have a cash cushion and be able to issue notes for an additional 3+ million in the second half of the year (per SEC filings); therefore I don't think we are in crisis territory.

Personally I would like to see them execute the 2 million share buyback and spin off the 3D nano shares.

I know just dreaming but we all need to dream BIG!!!
