Smart money dumping NAK:

"That said, I think the market, at least in the short term, will interpret this news negatively. As a result, we moved to the sidelines and sold the rest of our position for a loss last night in after hours trading. Overall, we are up on the name, since we initially bought 15K shares at $0.69 in late October 2016 and sold for around $1.50 in December 2016. However, the timing of last night's news isn't great because shares of NAK have finally exhibited strength after the sharp rally of 47% off the recent $1.07 lows."
