It is always Darkest Before the Dawn. On more than one occasion, I have seen drastic drops in share price of a company, just prior to a huge positive announcement, by that company. It is a phenomena that is often related to Market Makers building an inventory of shares prior to a substantial increase in trading volume and a significant increase in the demand for that companies stock. What many do not realize is that Market Makers know in advance of the street, when pending news is about to be released. They are allowed this advantage in order to maintain an "Orderly Market". So, it is not always a bad thing to see a price drop in shares, while awaiting news from the company.

Several days ago, EXAD hinted that negotiations were near completion. That news could drop at any time now.

WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
