There is usually a PPS run up prior to news that is important (and not important such as a move to the TSX).

The drifting of the PPS tells me that the market doesn't expect the FS anytime soon or the FS may be lackluster.

It scares me to think of the dilution that may occur if money has to be raised at this stock price. I know Mark has a lot of money riding on this, which gives me some confidence that he'll do what's best for us shareholders.

Has anybody spoken with IR and have any information that they can share with the rest of us? Thanks in advance.
