buyers are there, but the never-ending wall of dilutive discounted shares remain on the ask. If buyers can't keep up with the dilution, the ask gets lowered a bit because the toxic diluters almost always try to dump their discounted shares immediately to lock-in their profit.

Also, maybe more investors are seeing this as mostly a pump/dump to dump even more shares on unsuspecting investors.
