Venture Capital firms only supply funding for things that can demonstrably be accomplished and that make good business sense. Apparently MVTG has been unable to obtain Venture Capital (for whatever reason) and now has to rely on convertible debentures and Grants to fund it's operations.

So...when do you think MVTG will be in a position to demonstrate anything they have that would make good business sense to a Venture Capitalist?

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
