FiCentive/Akimbo "Stream" Card potential, outweighs downside risk. The U.S. must play catch-up with other countries that don't have a bank on every corner.

Rules & regulations governing the paying with plastic industry, should clear-up in 2017; Meanwhile, unless a better 3rd party EBPP&H and iRemotePay linchpin comes along, I'll $$$ cost average.
