If I might make a comment. IF the R/S happens all these Billions of Convertible Preferred 'Z' shares would be CONVERTIBLE into COMMON which would be worth next to NOTHING if the Scenario we are painting happens. Is that not so? SO if THIS IS the final outcome, which several of us on the board, including myself, believe will happen, then why in the world are they so intent on doing this R/S, at this time, with NO EARNINGS and such a BLEAK OUTLOOK. Management HAS TO HAVE a BLOCKBUSTER ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE or CONCURENTLY with the START OF TRADING @ 10 Cents. IF NOT, Then, in my opinion, we will not even see a 10 Cent trade.
