LOL- appreciate you sharing, but that was my point. The leak that "news is coming " from a "friend" doesn't hold a lot of water on APYP because it has been happening for awhile now.

Everyone knows they aren't going to put any announcement out -- with the exception of a few filings that show something is likely to eventually come -- until everything is completed. That has been pretty obvious.

We will probably all hear at the same time and I don't believe anyone knows when that is.
