Giving the company away for .005 is something a real BOD wouldn't do or give a BONUS to the deadbeat ceo that is now on the table

Fact is they didn't give the co away for .005, and to my knowledge no bonus was given. Understanding the Stem Cell sector means what as far as bringing in new customers ? This is a storage co, period, we heard all the big talk from the previous management and their plans to rule the Cord Blood world....where did those experts take the co ?

As far as stockholder friendly, Red Oak is the largest shareholder, so that statement is very confusing at best.
