FFGO - I would get written documentation from the broker as to the position held outside of a personal brokerage account.

When the dividend is paid, there will be no written account and the likes of anything Penson will result in investors being defrauded, yet again.

Rub-A-Dub-Dub…Three perps in a tub…The broker, the banker, and the counterfeit equity maker!!!
