That's all I know. Check your own sources on this. Ast to timing of the announcement no info.

If it proves true that could be good for a pop to 1.50 - 1.60. If it happens I will get rid of the rest of my stock.

I understand this is pretty flimsy information but in the information void created by Gene take it for what it's worth.
