How many times do you prep a shareholder meeting for an R/S and then don't

Is it prudent given the uncertainty of any near term success ?

Or is it a magnificent mouse trap for total share count position so you are top dog when you recap for your next great "leaps"

On this alone I have to give a 2/3rds thumbs down now
