Yeah, a bunch of blithering idiots? If that was the case the stock would have bounced back. Odds are the seller was Kalani getting a jump start on the next $200 million dilution coming Friday. Todays shelf may have been necessary to raise more money. Was there a previous shelf that had been used up??
