Yes they all underperformed in 2008 what I like is that it's been around that long paying steady dividends. Thanks for the tip I will look at hopefully it fits with what I'm looking for. As I search further I notice so many REITs that have been created in 2013-2014 .. very strange.. very few have been around longer like the gladstones family at least high paying REITs.
