There is no public link. Except from liar Joel. Shall I link all the other public statements Joel has made that have since been proven to be flat-out lies?

Until we actually see something from the SEC and/or the DOJ (criminal charges), we know nothing factual. But I do believe we will see something, as Joel is obviously guilty. But Joel has proven himself to be anything but a source of factual info, and it would not be a surprise to later find out he lied about his status with the SEC, too. Probably to minimize his actual crimes.
