Most penny stock investors that look at this company think that all the plans and news is fake to prop up or pump and dump. The history of this company due to market forces and some off target planing clearly produces some fear but once all the game playing is done and the plan becomes clear the game players will get rolled over. 1.5M shares and holding strong.
