what about that patent cbis investors own

The USPTO responded in January. I thought with your fabulous DD skills, you would be aware of that. I also would have thought you would know what the response was, where the application is the process, when the next processing deadline dates are to occur and what is to occur on those dates. Too bad, you'd be surprised at what those who actually do DD already know.

Unfortunately no matter what you say or how much you post, the fact remains CBIS did submit a patent to the USPTO. These applications are handled in a highly structured and organized process as laid out by regulations governing the USPTO. The CBIS application is in process. It has been for over a year, and it will proceed in accordance with the processes, regulations and time periods specified by the USPTO.
