If there ever was a time for CAPC to buy back shares it is right now.

If there ever was a time for CAPC to put their cards on the table and release any pending news it is now.

Anyone can sell CAPC for less than 2 cents pre split price.

The 10 K is due one week from now and the anticipation of positive news is weak based upon the recent trading history.

The stock price is getting an ahzz whoppin and no one seems to care.
