I read the PR again and my statement that SNS needs many more supply contracts is not true. Theoretically, Liberty could consume all that SNS can produce. Their original capacity was 600K tons/year of frack sand. The PR says shipments could surpass 1 million+ tons by 2019.

SNS has said they could increase capacity to 1.5million tons by year end 2017 with low capex from cashflow.

Also found some info on Liberty Oilfield Services, LLC.

If their IPO is successful, their chances of growing into the 1 million+ tons/year probably are improved. Sounds like they are successful in the Permian, which is where growth is certain at current oil prices. Their clients include some big companies like CDV, NBL, SM, DVN, APC who are all active in the Permian. The financial provided aren't that exciting but what oil/energy related company is improving financials?
