For those not familiar with VDRM, Dr. Otika has created a topical drug delivery system that enables antibiotics to better treat diabetic foot ulcers at a higher rate than traditional treatements. He is also working towards MJ trial meds using his patented transdermal patch application.

This stock is highly undervalued and they expect to start producing and selling his OTC Viabecline starting in the 2nd quarter.
