Another lawsuit has queered the deal on the Jimi label which was sketchy imho from the get-go. NH knew that! Why else would they let that nugget lay in the mud this whole time? Posner wasting money! LivWell doesn't know anything about the FLI brand product they are supposed to be selling as of a couple of hours ago but in all fairness it is recent and might not have filtered through the system yet. The preclusion clause for NH receiving proceeds for manufacturing by Palo Verde has me concerned about what the royalties and fees for expertise will amount to for shareholders of NH! Unless they conquer the world with their product development it seems to me that there won't be any money for shareholders. Probably just enough to keep management sloppin' at the trough.
