The 8K is filed, therefore it's a concern. Also, as you've stated, a built in one year window to buy it much cheaper. Plus, as you've learned watching this ticker, results aren't always good, failure dropped it from $3.35 in only a handful of months. Cheaper prices will come IMO, no hurry.
