I have an extremely minor portion of shares......I used to have a 10K plus position for a long time, approx. 3-4 years ago and even upwards of 50K during the King Pharma era, but have reduced that to hundred of dollars.....Spana has been the perpetual printer of shares/warrants and destroyed any and all value here. He continues to do so all the while a board of directors sits back and does not protect shareholder in any form, consequently, a toxic share structure is in place and today is yet another example of how any and all value will be destroyed by a toxic share structure....
