Even on news, the price couldn't break through the standing sell order at $1.50 for Israel Seed partners. Before you comment it was only 4000 share, understand it was only 4000 shares of buying interest at $1.50 even after a positive news release that saw the price go to $1.70 in after hours.

This is going to be dead money for a long time at best. At worst... they won't be content to sell a few thousand shares at a time and will chase the price lower in order to sell volume. This could get very ugly.
